Gorkha Municiipality has organized two days (Ashoj 18 and 19) training programme for incumbents and municipal members. The programme was supported by Caritas, CRS. The programme was designed in order to raise the skills of members participants and thus enfoster the same skill in development tasks. Mayor Rajan Raj Panta, Deputy Mayor Bina Kumari Shrestha, Ward Presidents, Municipal Members, CAO of gorkha municipality office and other staffs of municipality were the participants. The class was taken by joint secretary of Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration-Purusottam Nepal, then vice-chairperson of National Planning Commission-Swarnim Wagle, Ramji Adhikari from Manabsewa Aashram and Advocate Sthaneshwor Duwadi.
